Why I got into this industry:
I got into this industry as I had left school and needed a job, I was offered an apprenticeship at Atlas Fibrous Plaster Co so being fresh out of school and jobless it was a no-brainer to take the opportunity and give it a good crack!
What I love about interior construction:
I like seeing the finished product of a job of a job I have accomplished.

Where I see myself in the future within this industry sector:
Hopefully furthering my knowledge and running and working on more advanced builds.
Or Biggest achievement within this industry sector:
The biggest achievement of mine was taking out first place in the 2019 AWCI apprentice competition and then being able to represent NZ in Australia.

Or what was the most interesting project I have worked on so far:

My most interesting job would be a church I worked on that involved a large octagon ceiling with multiple angles, bulkheads and incased beams that all came together to meet at one point, it also had skylights and negative detail reveals into all ceilings, skirting, window/doors.
It was challenging but awesome to see the finished result as it was a big project for me at the time.
